RackSRV have established points of presence (POPs) within two tier-3 UK Data Centre facilities that are over 200 miles apart and in no way reliant on one another. This allows us to offer complete resilience to clients who require the assurance that in the event of a catastrophic network or power disaster at one of the facilities, they can still remain online.

Our primary POP where the majority of our hardware is located at SOTA’s facility which resides within the unlikely picturesque yet secure surroundings of Kent Science Park in South East England. Here we collect IP transit from SynergyWorks Internet who operate a multi-gigabit network within KSP.

Our secondary POP where numerous services including our VPS platform and the RackSRV Blog are hosted from is located at the M247 facility in Stretford, Manchester. Here we collect IP transit from GlobalAXS who operate one of the largest UK networks and have in excess of 40Gbits of capacity!
