Seeking Windows scripting expert

To help complete our unattended/automated UK dedicated server deployments we are seeking a talented Windows freelancer who will develop us a script which is to run only once upon system start/login and then remove/disable itself which will:

1.) Statically configure the active/connected NIC with IP/Gateway/Netmask/DNS1/DNS2
2.) Preferably rename the server and network workgroup
3.) Preferably rename the primary HDD partition
4.) Initiate a script hosted externally

All of the above details need to be grabbed dynamically on a per server basis as each machine will have its own unique details.  Basically this will be used as an automated bolt on for our existing Symantec System Recovery setup which is used to image/re-image our Windows based dedicated servers.
