Our primary POP is a recently built facility named ‘SOTA’ and is based within the Kent Science Park campus in Sittingbourne, South East England (ME9 8PX).

During the working day (Mon-Fri 8AM to 8PM) our own staff are based at our onsite office allowing for fast and efficient support that's not dependant on third party contractors who are unfamiliar with our hardware or clients.

Outside of our standard working hours our UK based remote staff monitor everything and will page an on-call, local, engineer in the event of an emergency.
