Generally our Dedicated Server and VPS ranges are setup instantly providing we have adequate stock, an order passes our anti-fraud screening and no order comments or custom specs have been requested (if they have, the order will need to be handed manually during our published working hours).

Colocation orders are handled manually during working hours and generally we are able to arrange delivery within 1 working day.

Rackspace orders are subject to availability but generally setup is within 3-5 working days of a signed contract and the initial payment.

In the unlikely event that we anticipate a delay with an order, we will contact the client via the email address they registered with on our website.
