First of all only rackspace clients are eligible for un-escorted 24x7 access to the data centre and they will be issued a PAC application form upon their sign-up.  Once this form has been completed and sent back to us we will in turn post out your PAC or arrange to meet you at the Data Centre to hand it over to you.

The postcode for the facility is ME9 8PX and using this will take you to the perimeter security entrance for Kent Science Park.  When you get here, park up in the visitors car park and walk over to the Security office where you will be asked to fill in some paperwork as well as provide photo ID.  The questions you may be asked to fill in are as follows:

1.) Company - RackSRV
2.) Visiting -  Sota F25
3.) Your vehicle reg
4.) Time you arrived
5.) Do you have 24x7 access - Yes

Once you have filled in the sheet ask the security officer to give you directions for Sota F25, they will usually give you a mini map and draw the route (its a very simple route, 1 min max).

Lastly, when you reach the Data Centre please make sure to keep you PAC on you at all times including when visiting the bathroom facilities else you will get locked in!
