Their manner is always very courteous and they are always happy to offer advice and help if you have problems. I couldn't have picked a better team for my dedicated server requirements.
Its also worth noting that their prices are more than competitive for UK based servers, which can be very expensive with some hosts.

" Having been with Racksrv for a year I can highly recommend there services and dedicated servers.
Support are always very helpful and reply (Even at stupid o'clock in the morning!) And always went out of their way to assist us. The network and infrastructure is fantastic and we experienced no downtime at all due to the network/infrastructure.
