Since our clan first got a server with RackSRV we've had nothing but good experiences. The reliability and cost of services were top notch and support are a great help on the very rare occasions they're needed (and that's mostly due to us).

I've been with racksrv for only a week, but so far any tickets raised have been answered in under 10 minutes. If this is the customer service I am to expect from RackSRV, I do hope if a serious problem arises it will be resolved in the same manner. I'll definitely write another review in a years time. The racksrv.com VPS service is by far the best I have used and trust me I have used ALOT! if anything they are undersold the performance is better than even the big players when running stress tests, my openVZ server beat both my VPS servers with linode and softlayer!
