How do I reboot my server?

To remotely reboot your dedicated / colocated server, please follow these simple steps:

1.) Login to our client portal at https://www.racksrv.com/portal/clientarea.php
2.) Then click 'My Services' from the horizontal portal sub navigation bar which will extend new options, click the new 'My Services' option
3.) Select the applicable service which is highlighted green by clicking anywhere on that row
4.) Scroll down until you find 'Remote Reboot', select 'Reboot Immediately' and click 'Send'

Please allow up to 10 minutes for the server to return from a reboot as excessive reboots without an adequate delay can result in data corruption.
