Excellent support; good people to work with. Jon and Lee have been great to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend Racksrv. They do a very good job of communicating with clients, and are always quick to answer any queries.David - Britain Express Limited
I've been with racksrv for only a week, but so far any tickets raised have been answered in under 10 minutes. If this is the customer service I am to expect from RackSRV, I do hope if a serious problem arises it will be resolved in the same manner. I'll definitely write another review in a years time. Thank you RackSRV...Sammy
Absolutely brilliant service, what brought me to racksrv in the first place was the speed at which they replied to my emails, and the support has continued to be superb. Jon has always been great, and particular thanks to Liam for helping me sort my most recent issue.Tom - Thplabs

I have been a colocation customer with RackSRV for close to three years now, and have witnessed the company grow. Regardless, the support and staff are still as friendly and helpful as day one, I cant fault their service and I look forward to further expansion with a company I have the utmost respect for.Lee - RTL-Servers
