  • Over the past 2 weeks we have been hit by every conceivable problem a hosted service might have - catastrophic hardware failure, DDoS attack and overwhelmingly high organic load - all at once. We have had to lean heavily on the guys at RackSRV to get us through. On every occasion, they responded calmly, professionally...

  • RackSRV hosts all of the game servers for our forthcoming title Heroes of Newerth in the UK, we are currently at 25+ boxes hosted here and the service and support is outstanding. I'm not sure these people ever sleep as the watching of the boxes never ends. Keep up the good work!

  • My client has used RackSRV since 2013 and they have been fantastic. We migrated to RackSRV from another leading UK hosted solutions company that seemed obsessed with upselling unsuitable solutions at ridiculous prices - RackSRV have in contrast found suitable solutions at reasonable prices. It is so rare to talk to ...

  • If you want A friendly, professional service you will not find better than RackSRV. I feel fortunate that our clan found Jon to host out Dedi box. We have visitors from all over Europe, and as far as the US playing on our servers and all say they have a good gaming experience , which is testiment to the service offer...

  • Great service provided by RackSRV, I have been with them for about 2 years now, but I have no worries whatsoever as I know my Server is in safe hands with Jon - he's been most helpful this last week. Great job RackSRV!

    Robert - Aura-Clan
  • The experience with RackSRV has been first class from the outset. Speed of setup, professionalism of the staff has been second to none. I cannot fault RackSRV. If I had a single criticism it would be that the security getting to the datacentre is so tight, it can take a while.
