Suspending monitoring for maintenance (Managed clients only)

It is now possible to temporarily suspend the monitoring of Managed Dedicated Servers & VPS services via our client area.

Doing so is advisable if you plan to undertake out-of-hours works that may interrupt service as our on call engineers can get a little grumpy when their beauty sleep is disturbed by false alarms :)

To access this handy facility, please select the relevant service from the My Products & Services page and look for the 'Suspend' link under Service Management > Service Monitoring which should look similar to:
