How to whitelist an IP in CSF Firewall (Managed clients only)
This article has been written to introduce managed clients to our firewall whitelist feature.
1.) Login to client portal and navigate to the service in question (Client Portal > My Services > Select a service)
2.) Once viewing the service page for the managed service, look for the row labelled "Firewall "Whitelist"
3.) Either manually type an IP into the white list box or make use of the "Whitelist Me" button which will whitelist the IP you are currently using to browser our website
After a few seconds you should now find the requested IP white listed on your services firewall.
