When I was first looking to purchase a Dedicated Server I had looked around at a few providers, but choose RackSRV for their friendliness and helpful support. This was the first time I had purchased a Dedicated Server, so I was very new to how Payments and Setup would work. So I simply asked a few questions, and got very helpful replies. Knowing that you can contact your host and get a near to instant reply is very reassuring. I would recommend RackSRV to anyone looking to purchase a Dedicated Server.

Having made the decision to move network host in July 2008 I was in the process of shopping around. I came across RackSRV and was very impressed with the owners knowledge and commitment to his then small business. I had evaluated other larger competitors but wasnt happy with the lack of information and impersonal way that I was dealt with; this wasnt the case with RackSRV. When I made arrangements for my then single server to move to RackSRV it had been quite badly abused at its previous host, the owner Jon took it on himself to test and rebuild the server for me as it wasnt in good shape. I now have more servers hosted with RackSRV and will soon exclusively host with RackSRV due to their ability to offer me multiple hosting locations and an amazing level of service. Well so far and 3 months in I only have praise for the team at RackSRV. After being let down over the years with empty promises, poor service, failing hardware, I moved to RackSRV to host all our business sites and personal busy forums. To date 3 months on, reliability has been 100%, performance better than I expected, but more importantly, the customer service and support has been exceptional. The guys are totally honest (which means a lot, good news or bad news) and Im able to talk techie without jumping through the usual script sheet jibberish. We were looking at colo if this dedicated package worked out, why would I bother when their dedicated servers are so good?!
