The Hardware

We only use enterprise grade servers from Supermicro, Asus and Dell. Every server includes redundant power supplies connected to redundant diverse feeds and dual redundant uplinks, which are redundant and diverse all the way through to the UK internet backbone.

We stock spare hardware, and entire spare chassis for quick server replacement in the case of hardware failure.

Our servers only use enterprise grade SSDs and HDDs, ensuring the best possible endurance and performance, and the server will always be configured with redundant RAID unless otherwise requested.

All servers include remote full remote IPMI console management accessable by a free VPN we supply, and we monitor your server via IPMI for proactive hardware failure detection.

Next Generation Replacement Guarantee

As new generations of servers become available we'll reduce your cost and/or offer you a replacement automatically, we won't wait for you to contact us.

The Power Infrastructure

End-to-end infrastructure to the rack is 2N fully diverse (A+B) with in-built redundancy paths and the ability to perform maintenance.
Dual independent 11kv Transformers feed independent switch panels, backed up by Dual Independent (A+B) Generators. UPS units are setup as 2N+1. The UPS Units feed dual independent PDU's (A+B).
